It is evident. We enjoy pampering our guests too, but not so much with champagne and truffles than with fresh mountain spring water and home-made mushroom goulash. We prefer to set foot on green (and white) pasture land, than on red carpets. And, we don’t need any ostentatious chandeliers, gold-plated taps or fancy drapes, no, we place our trust in good old hospitality.
