For our gourmet half-board option the Riedlsperger family serves the Austrian classics without which no holiday is complete, new dishes and delicious creations from European cuisine. Sitting together at the carefully laid tables, choosing between tasty and healthy dishes and enjoying a wonderfully relaxed evening – our culinary offering hits the spot with all the family!

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast on holiday in the Salzburger Land region

Even first thing in the morning a seductive fragrance drifts through the Vorderronach. Freshly-brewed coffee and crusty bread await our guests as part of a copious buffet breakfast. The beautifully laid tables are an invitation to indulge and guests of all ages can look forward to wonderful fare from our own farm and the region. The generous buffet breakfast includes:

  • oven-fresh bread and crispy pastries
  • freshly-brewed coffee and delicious hot drinks along with select teas and hot chocolate
  • healthy juices, vegetables and fruit
  • yoghurt, milk and dairy products from our own farm
  • sweet and hearty spreads
  • sausage, bacon and ham produced on the premises and from the region
  • home-made jams
  • freshly-prepared egg dishes
  • cornflakes and healthy mueslis
  • and much more besides


We look forward to pampering our breakfast guests from 07.30 am to 09.30 am in summer, and from 07.30 am to 10.00 am in winter.

At the Vorderronach three-star-superior comfort meets the best Austrian cuisine and a flair for beauty. In addition to recipes from family cookbooks, our half-board option includes delicious fare from European cuisine and guests can look forward to tasteful menus. Our gourmet half board includes:


  • regional and seasonal ingredients (including mushrooms from the forest, produce fresh from the bush, wonderful fruit and vegetables and beef and pork and dairy products from our own farm)
  • themed evenings with classics and new dishes from European and international cuisine
  • a wide range of dishes designed for special dietary requirements (alcohol-free, vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free and many other options)


We look forward to greeting and pampering half-board guests of all ages in the evening from 6.00 pm to 7.30 pm in summer, and from 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm in winter.
