Arriving from the east/north-east:

• Coming from Vienna: Wals/Lofer exit (A1) > Bad Reichenhall (B21) > Lofer (B178) > Saalfelden (B311) > in Maishofen continuing towards Saalbach Hinterglemm (L111)
• Coming from Graz: Selzthal exit (A9) > Eben (B320) > Bischofshofen (A10) > Zell am See (B311) > in Maishofen continuing towards Saalbach Hinterglemm (L111)

Arriving from the north/north west (toll-free):

• Option A: Siegsdorf exit (A8) > Inzell (B306) > Schneizlreuth (B305) > Lofer (B178) > Saalfelden (B311) > in Maishofen continuing towards Saalbach Hinterglemm (L111)
• Option B: A8 to Inntal motorway triangle > A93 to Oberaudorf exit > Kössen (B172) > Erpfendorf (L39) > Lofer (B178) > Saalfelden - Maishofen (B311) > Saalbach Hinterglemm (L111)

Arriving from the south:

• A10 to Bischofshofen > Zell am See (B311) > in Maishofen continuing towards Saalbach Hinterglemm (L111)

Upon arriving in Saalbach Hinterglemm, turn right into the tunnel after the service station, take the exit on the left, keep to the left after the tunnel and follow Ronachweg as far as house number 47 at the end of the street.

Arrival by train:

The nearest railway stations are in Zell am See (18 kilometres away) and in Saalfelden (23 kilometres away). There are buses to Saalbach Hinterglemm from these towns. Alighting bus stop: Bus stop at the Tourist Service Center or at the Schattberg X-Press gondola station.
