As well as an abundance of space in the fresh air around our three-star superior hotel, in summertime there is also a carefully designed playground and a fantastic petting zoo.
The play stations are right by the hotel and whilst the kids are discovering them, mum and dad can savour the glorious mountain panorama. The animals in the petting zoo also look forward to being visited by guests of all ages and being gently stroked. Romping and climbing together and enjoying new experiences – nothing beats a family holiday on the farm!

In summertime there is a large playground with various stations and a large wooden garden house in addition to the fantastic range of activities for the whole family in the region. The playground is just a few steps from the hotel and wonderfully tranquil due to its perfect location with no through traffic. A massive wooden construction, a large sand play area, a cosy garden cabin and an abundance of toys mean children are spoiled for choice when it comes to playing and having fun. For parents there is plenty of comfy seating from which to admire the view.

Get to know, feed and stroke animals together. The three-star superior Hotel Vorderronach’s petting zoo is home to goats, cats and chicken. Our little furry friends look forward to being visited and gently stroked by visitors of all ages. You can get a great view of the goats climbing while you may find a purring cat rubbing against your legs. How wonderful to watch animals as they contentedly stretch out in the sun and look forward to fresh dandelion leaves or a few vegetables to nibble on from the Vorderronach kitchen.
